7 Days, 7 (Updated) Specials at UNO MAS Restaurant


UNO MAS restaurant, Centara Grand at CentralWorld is excited to announce its updated “7 Days of Sharing Menus” for January-February 2018 – with a new signature Spanish dish to be enjoyed with friends and family every day of the week!

Mondays we kick off with ‘Torta Del Casar’, an indulgent fondue-style cheese, followed by special prices for our popular ‘Cochinillo’ half-roasted suckling pig and incredible ‘Txogitxu’ beef on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Our weekend sharing specials focus on world-famous Iberico ham, served as a tartar on Saturdays, as well as ‘Agnei Iberico’ (half a kilo of Suckling rack of lamb) on Sundays.

Below, please find UNO MAS’ updated “7 Days of Sharing Menus” including all ingredients and prices:

Monday – Torta Del Casar!!! (THB 890++),raw sheep milk baked cheese, one of the best Spanish cheeses.

Tuesday – Cochinillo!!! (THB 1,350++), half roasted suckling pig ‘Segovia’ style served with a selection of sauces.

Wednesday – Txogitxu Beef!!! (THB 5,199++),perfectly charred 1 kg of Txogitxu Beef from the Basque country with a bottle of Tempranillo Campo Viejo, Rioja 2014.

Thursday – Boudeuse Oysters!!! (THB 130++ / piece), from ‘David Hervé’ oysters farm in Charente-Maritime (France), Hervé’s oysters are exported to some of the best restaurants in the world.

Friday – Seasonal Mediterranean Mussels!!! (THB 555++), freshly arrived from Spain. Half kilogram of seasonal mussels cooked in ‘Catalan’ way.

Saturday – Iberico Tartare!!! (THB 750++), be surprised with one of the best pork in the world in a raw preparation.

Sunday – Agnei Iberico!!! (THB 1,450++), from the Pyrenees, half a kilo of tender and tasty Suckling rack of lamb.

The World restaurant on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld is all about luxurious international dishes that use premium produce imported from all corners of ‘the world’.

On Saturday nights, the focus is most definitely on produce plucked from the sea, as we throw our amazing all-you-can-eat Seafood Buffet for just THB 1,899++ per person.

This price includes all-you-can-eat crab, unlimited river prawns, oysters-on-ice, and rock lobsters. If that’s not enough, you’ll also have access to our popular ‘carving station’, regular international food stations, desserts, plus free-flow draft beer!
