Mud has an amazing array of uses in health treatments and is particularly beneficial to the skin. In Thailand, sea mud is also a great source of shellfish which can be prepared into a huge variety of delectable local dishes. This is why Sea Mud festival is being organized annually. Now in its 8th year, the festival has a wide array of fun activities and the chance to get very dirty in the healthy mud.
